Discovering Potential: Achieving Success

Fostering in Dewsbury with Fostering2Inspire

Dewsbury is a town in Kirklees, West Yorkshire, and lies east of Huddersfield and south of Leeds. With the M1 and M62 within close proximity, it allows for smooth connections to these other areas.

Dewsbury is the largest town in the Heavy Woollen District, a conurbation of small mill towns, and is home to the Dewsbury Rams, who play in the Kingstone Press Championship. They play their home games at the Tetley’s Stadium and have a strong fan base in the town. Local attractions include the National Coal Mining Museum for England, which is only a 10 minute drive away in the nearby village of Overton. It offers a unique opportunity to travel 140 metres underground to explore England's last deep coalmine and provides a great family day out.

If you live in the town of Dewsbury, and have been thinking about fostering a child, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with our staff. We recognise the importance of support and never let our carers feel like they are on their own.

We provide support at every point of your fostering journey, from the moment you make contact with us, to the point where you feel you no longer need our help.

At Fostering2Inspire we are on call to provide guidance and information 24 hours a day and believe that a child’s development starts in their home.  If you’d like to find out more, or are looking to discuss your options don’t hesitate to contact us today.
